Full Life Cycle Information Technology

The White House

  • Internet web and application hosting services for The Corporation for National and Community Services.  These services include hosting the www.usafreedomcorps.gov and www.serve.gov web sites using our SAS70 Level II certified data center. 

Department of Interior

  • Personal Property Management System used to maintain inventory of property including computers, construction equipment, firearms, and similar items classified as personal property.  Performed ad hoc follow on support to improve the system.

Department of Commerce

  • Computing Center Access Control System Installation.

  • Relocation of servers and other sensitive information technology hardware.

  • Technical writing and program support services for IT help center.

  • 24x7 Security Operations Center support to detect and respond to network intrusions.

  • Tier 2 IT help desk support.

Department of Justice

  • Web infrastructure conversion to a 64-bit environment.  This effort includes:  Maintaining current internet and intranet websites; creation and maintenance of client’s electronic forms; and converting current web framework into a SharePoint portal.

Department of the Army

  • Coachware implementation for the Defense Integrated Military Human Resource System program. Coachware will document and support the Army's end-to-end business procedures that integrate multiple business applications with the forms, rules, policies and regulations needed to complete the processes.

Department of the Air Force

  • Full service computer operations and LAN/WAN support 500-person logistics support directorate.  This support consisted of switch and router support, PC workstations and laptop software maintenance, and other specialized PC-based services to include remote access, e-mail gateways, and video conferencing.

  • Systems management support services for command and control integration center.  These services include the development support of horizontal engineering and integrating air operations war fighter vocabulary efforts and associated services for the Air Force in support of the US Department of Defense and at times the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.

  • Analysis of Alternative (AoA) assessment of Deliberate and Crisis Action and Planning Execution Segments/War Planning and Execution System. The AoA assessed the operational effectiveness and estimated life cycle costs for alternative materiel systems required to meet or eliminate identified gaps/shortfalls in operational capabilities or mission needs. 

  • Financial management system integration support services.  Assessed commercial-off-the-shelf applications that reported financial data to improve senior leadership decision making.  Created a dashboard capability to capture and display the data in near real time.

  • Air Force Cyber operations roadmap planning support.  Support included; concept design support for Global C2 requirements, architecture, Communities Of Interest, and Service-Oriented Architecture in support of Air Force Cyber implementation objectives.

Department of Transportation

  • ITS Protocol development including website complete with development of databases, Active Server Pages, and stylized HTML. As a follow on, these services later included hosting of email distribution lists and WebBoard discussion threads.

    Department of Energy

  • Network System Administrator /Senior Microcomputer Specialist support for the U.S. Department of Energy site.  Maintained computer system hardware, serviced software patches and updates, maintained various Microsoft and UNIX based servers.  Developed and implemented system security plan.

Department of the Navy

  • Navy Standard Procurement System help desk user support. 

  • Business financial management services for the Electronic Acquisition Project Office.

  • Website design and development providing specialized public health consultation, technical services and training support for Navy personnel.

Commercial Information Technology Support Services

  • 24/7 computer and network support.

  • 24/7 network monitoring and network management.

  • Server support.

  • Network design and implementation.

  • Network security.

  • Patch management, virus protection and spyware protection.

  • Small Computer repair.

Cyber Security & Information Operations (IO)

U.S. Special Operations Command

  • Our support to the Strategic Planning and Technology Integration Program is focused on improving capabilities on a tactical, operational and strategic level, and includes evaluation and implementation of a broad range of communication tools, techniques and systems across the full range of IO requirements.

Department of the Navy

  • Engineered and deployed Host Based Security System (HBSS) on a CONUS-wide Navy first responder network.

Department of the Army

  • US Army STARS IO contract as a subcontractor, specifically providing security related programmatic support as well as analyses, test, evaluation, and assessment support to PM’s programs in an IA accreditation system.

Department of Homeland Security 

  • Provided Certification and Accreditation (C&A) support to meet FISMA compliance requirements for IT assets.  Working closely with the Information Resources Management Directorate, our team rapidly developed and delivered 19 complete C&A Packages, as well as a Risk Management and Quality Assurance Plan for their new Enterprise Business Environment.

Department of Commerce

  • Successfully stood up and manned a Security Operations Center, complete with 24/7 watch coverage to monitor the networks’ security posture at all times.

U.S. Central Command

  • Providing experienced Joint Operations Planning and Execution System (JOPES) operators to plan flow of personnel and cargo into and out of theater.

Security Training / Assessments

Department of the Navy

  • GbHawk is currently providing analytical and technical support services; research support services; on-site support; and project management support services for aviation training, at various system sites to include maintenance and readiness support.

Department of the Air Force

  • Security Forces Training of over 1000 Government personnel, where GbHawk furnished Leadership training courses, while delivering observation and evaluation services.  This included providing Doctrine support including recommended changes to Special Forces policy as well as changes to Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).  In addition, our staff conducted training validation through practical application exercises, and Nuclear Weapons management training.

  • Advanced Life Support & Ambulance Services.  Providing 24/7/365 Paramedic services, life support coverage, medical training support and clinical support services.

Department of the Army

  • Provides range training and operations support, to include training systems instruction, and training operator support.  As part of this effort, GbHawk provides Range Facility Renovation Engineering services, Live Fire Facility Inspection Services as well as Simulator and Simulation Support with both product and services.  Our staff also have delivered Role Player Support and Program Analyst Support at this command.

  • In addition, our company also conducts Facility Land Assessment, Management and Heavy Equipment Operations, utilizing Engineering Equipment Operation Support for construction and Grounds Maintenance, to include Land Rehabilitation.  Finally GbHawk also conducted Environmental and Engineering Support, to build a Communication Tower and provide Equipment Installation and Support on this base.

Department of Justice

  • Role Player Support with foreign language speaking personnel for both compliant and non-compliant scenarios and Civilians on the Battlefield Support.
