Because GbHawk is a small business, we are attuned and extremely responsive to our customer needs. We have a very flat organization with all Program Managers having direct access to our President and senior leadership. This allows us to rapidly meet our clients requirements on a cost effective and timely basis. Our growth has been directly attributable to our ability to quickly satisfy the demands of the various organizations and agencies that we serve. Full Life Cycle Information Technology
Network Service Support
- GbHawk offers a full suite of network support services from the desktop to the overall network. Our engineers are skilled designing and maintaining complex network systems based upon copper, fiber, and wireless topologies and have experience operating MPLS based WAN architecture. GbHawk engineers are experienced providing comprehensive service desk support including Tiers 1 through 4 support and service, both telephone and deskside.
- GbHawk provides enterprise operations and Network Operation Center support to include the integration of CAT 5 hubs, switches and routers, SIPRNET terminals, a Global Command and Control System terminal, PC workstations and laptops, printers, and other specialized PC-based servers.
Enterprise Architecture
- GbHawk designs enterprise and global C2 requirements, architecture, COI's, enabling concepts and SOA's for DoD commands and Federal Agencies.
Enterprise IT / IA Planning
- GbHawk has proven capability in all aspects of the system development lifecycle including business process analysis, (Business Case Analysis, Functional Requirements Decomposition, IT Capital Planning, Gap Analysis, Risk Management, and Workflow Analysis), product analysis and design, roll-out/integration planning and management, interoperability planning and applications via a Service Oriented Architecture approach, System testing and QA, Training, documentation, system support, business continuity, and maintenance.
24/7 Help Desk Support
- GbHawk provides 24/7 Help Desk Support for various product and services where such support is appropriate. Our Help Desk teams supply site administrators, end users, and technical support personnel with operational support for user-related questions and problems, as well as maintenance support for system problems or equipment failures. Our Help Desk teams are experienced with problem tracking reports and conducting trend analysis.
- GbHawk Help Desk teams have experience using advanced network security tools to conduct intrusion detection and system analysis. Our team of experts can aggregate, normalize, correlate, and analyze logs from servers, applications, and enterprise network security devices.
Dashboard Capability
- GbHawk has experience with the design and implementation of digital dashboards to present clients with "drill-down" to detailed information for strategic and operational decision making. Our tools have facilitated senior leadership and managers with the ability to share the same information across an organization to ensure the reliability and consistency of making decisions preparing briefings and rapid responding to data calls.
Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity Plans and Continuity of Operations
- At GbHawk, we develop plans with our clients to help them achieve their specific RTO (Recovery Time Objectives) after such a disruption, based on their individual requirements and budget.Our personnel can develop Disaster Recovery Plans, Business Continuity Plans as well as Continuity of Operations instructions and guidance. GbHawk can develop Risk Management and Quality Assurance Plans for new Enterprise Business Environments.
Application Repair and Sustainment
- GbHawk provides miscellaneous information technology support services, as well as repair and sustainment support to federal business critical applications. Our staff can re-architect and migrate legacy systems to more robust and readily supportable platforms.
Application and Web Hosting
- GbHawk provides turn-key web hosting services for public facing web sites, applications, and web services. Our services include complete life-cycle hosting including acquisition, implementation, and operation of load balanced web servers and application servers built on Citrix and VMware hosts. Our engineers have experience deploying .net and J2EE environments on a variety of platforms.
Web Page / Portal Development
- Our personnel are highly talented designing attractive, yet functional websites and implementing robust, yet easily maintained hosting infrastructures on a variety of hosting platforms including Microsoft IIS.
SharePoint
- GbHawk has a wealth of experience deploying and supporting the entire Microsoft suite of server products including Microsoft SharePoint Server and its predecessors. Our experience includes development of SharePoint infrastructure including SharePoint farms, deployment of SharePoint servers and supporting systems, development of SharePoint collaboration sites including cascading access controls, and development of workflow processes. Our engineers’ skills are in implementing, tailoring, and supporting SharePoint using SharePoint Designer to create and modify web parts, master pages, and cascading style sheets.
- GbHawk also has experience hosting turnkey SharePoint services integrated into our Back Office suite of services for commercial customers. These services are instrumental in supporting collaboration amongst large and geographically separated working groups.

- GbHawk has four personnel who are CISSP certified – Kevin Andres (36086), David Wolfe (80297), Leigh Armistead (114522), Paul Hough (368562). We have two personnel who are PMP certified – Kevin Andres (1263884) and David Wolfe (1251988), and two personnel who are Green Belts in Six Sigma as well as Design for Six Sigma. Finally, GbHawk is also fully qualified as a Navy Validator/Certification Agent, with David Wolfe (I0092).

- GbHawk is capable of fielding qualified and realistic Threat Emulation and Opposing Forces for T&E purposes, as well as a variety of other Role Player solutions.

Vulnerability Assessment
- GbHawk establishes and evaluates complete risk mitigation plans to improve your security posture. GbHawk is also capable of providing facility vulnerability assessments in accordance with DHS standards. We have personnel onboard who have conducted numerous testing and reviews of facilities, per regulations and instructions set up after 9/11.
Physical Security
- On-Site Training of Security Forces, Port Security Analysis, Surveys and Protection, as well as Executive Protection and Security including full security and protective operations to training.
Language Support and Training
- GbHawk provides foreign language support with interpreters, document translation, and Role Player support including Cat 1, 2 and 3 Linguist Support.
